Built Different Academy Kids — FAQ

What ages can join?
We welcome kids aged 6–13 (and teens too!) — everyone can join, no matter their skill level. We make sure every session is just right for your child.

Where do sessions take place?
We train at local sports centres with safe, kid-friendly spaces perfect for running, jumping, and playing all kinds of sports.

What sports or activities do you do?
We mix it up to keep things fun and active:

  • Speed & Agility: Quick feet, fast turns, and fun running games.

  • Jumping & Power: Hops, leaps, and reaction drills that build strength.

  • Multisport Fun: Football, basketball, athletics, and more to boost overall fitness and skills.

How do I sign up?
Just hop onto our online booking form, enter your child’s info, and grab a spot in the next session.

What should kids bring?

  • Comfy sports clothes

  • Water bottle

  • Energy & a big smile!
    We’ll bring the coaching, games, and fun.

Are beginners welcome?
Absolutely! Our coaches make sure everyone can join in, have fun, and feel proud of what they achieve — no matter their starting level.

What’s Built Different all about?
We want kids to be the best version of themselves! That means building speed, strength, and skills — and also confidence, focus, and a winning mindset. Every child gets a chance to shine.

How often should we come?
We recommend 2–3 times a week to get the most out of training, but we can work around your schedule.

What can kids expect to get better at?

  • Running, jumping, and coordination

  • Strength, balance, and agility

  • Confidence, teamwork, and focus
    Results depend on age, skill, and how often they train, but every child will notice they’re getting stronger and quicker!

Is it safe?
Yes! All coaches are qualified, DBS-checked, and experienced in working with kids. Safety comes first in every game, drill, and activity.
